The cost of each CD is $20.00 and includes shipping to Canadian addresses only. Shipping to the US is $5.00 per CD and shipping internationally is $8.00.
I fully agree that the shipping costs are high to the US and international destinations. That is why I have included the companies below; you can order from them online and probably come out ahead on the shipping.
